The terms, in plain English.

The offer

A five-page website for your business, designed and written by Kyle, live in 48 build hours. Fixed price: $4,990 plus GST. Half ($2,495 plus GST) books your build. Half is due when the site is ready to launch.

The guarantee

If your website is not live within 48 build hours and the delay is ours, $1,000 comes off your final payment. "Ours" means anything on our side: design, build, copy, testing, connecting your tools, hosting. Time spent waiting on your content, your review or your domain access does not count, and the clock pauses while we wait (see below). If the delay is ours and you would rather walk away than launch late, your deposit is refunded in full instead. If we disagree about whose delay it was, email us and we settle it before the final invoice is issued. If we still can't agree, you can walk away and the deposit comes back in full.

When the clock starts

The 48 build hours start when ALL of these are true:

1. The brief call is done.
2. Your deposit (50%) has cleared.
3. We have your content: business details, the words or notes you want us to work from, your photos and logo (or you've told us to source or write them), and access to your domain (or you've asked us to register one).

When the clock pauses

The clock pauses, and the guarantee is not voided, just paused, whenever we are waiting on you:

• Your day-two review: you have 12 hours from receiving the review link to send feedback. Time beyond that doesn't count against the 48.
• Missing content, credentials, or domain access we've asked for in writing.
• Requests to change the agreed scope mid-build (see Scope).

If we can't reach you, we email and call before anything closes. If there is still no reply after 7 days of silence, the project is closed and we keep the share of the deposit that matches the build hours logged against the 48 at that point, shown to you on request, and refund the rest.

Your time

Your part is about an hour: a brief call or a twenty-minute content form, then one look at the site on day two. We write every page from your answers; you don't supply copy unless you want to.

Scope

The fixed price covers: five custom pages in your branding, design and copy, mobile build, an enquiry form, your existing booking link or booking tool connected (Cliniko, HealthEngine, Square, Calendly and the like), maps, Google Business Profile linked to the new site, analytics, SEO basics, one round of revisions, and hosting for the first month. It does not cover: online stores, custom applications or booking systems built from scratch, membership areas, logo or brand design, photography, ongoing SEO, or content in languages other than English. Anything outside scope is quoted in writing before any work or billing, never silently added. A mid-build scope change restarts the clock by agreement or is scheduled as post-launch work.

Extras, quoted on the call: extra pages $400 each (timeline plus one day per two pages), Google Business Profile refresh $300, logo mini-kit $750. Online stores and large SEO rebuilds are a separate quote.

Revisions

One revision round means one consolidated list of changes to the delivered site, within the agreed scope. It doesn't mean a redesign; direction agreed on the brief call stands. Extra rounds are available and quoted first.

Care plan

After the first month, hosting, edits within two business days and a monthly report continue at $200 plus GST a month unless you tell us at launch that you'd rather host it yourself. Cancel any time with a month's notice; the site is yours either way and we hand over the files and access.

Payment and ownership

50% books your slot; 50% is due when the site is ready to launch. The site goes live on your domain when the final payment clears. Until full payment, the site, its design and its code remain ours. If final payment isn't made within 14 days of the site being ready, we email and call, and if it is still unpaid the launch is cancelled and the deposit is kept for the work done. The finished site is archived, not published and not reused for anyone else, and we hand it over the moment the balance is paid. After full payment the site is yours outright. We'd like to show finished sites as case studies; tell us on the brief call if you'd rather we didn't, and we won't.

Your content

You confirm you own or have rights to everything you give us (words, images, logos) and that it's accurate, especially any claims about your business. We're not liable for content you supplied.

What "live" means

Live means the agreed five pages are published and working on your domain. If your domain access wasn't provided in time, the site launches on our staging address, which counts as delivered on time, and we move it to your domain free within two business days of receiving access; the move doesn't restart the clock.

The limits

Our total liability on any project is capped at the fees you actually paid. We're not liable for indirect losses (lost profits, lost data, third-party outages such as domain registrars or hosting providers). We may decline a project before the brief call for any reason with a full refund of anything paid.

Your details

What you type into the mock-up form (your practice, site address, name, email, phone, booking tool) is used to make and send the mock-up and to follow up once. It is not added to a list or shared with anyone.
