The clock is the contract. Here is every hour of it.

It starts when three things are true: the brief call is done, your deposit has cleared, and your content is in. Your current site, booking widget and email keep working the whole time. Nothing changes for your patients until the new site goes up.

I take the brief call, design and write the pages, connect your booking tool and launch the site myself. There's no account manager and no hand-off: the person you speak to is the person who builds it.

Price

$4,990plus GST, fixed

A Sydney agency quotes a comparable five-page practice site at $5,000 to $15,000, over three to six weeks. This is $4,990 and two days, because the work itself takes two days once the waiting is taken out.

  • $2,495plus GST ($2,744.50 inc) books your build. You see the whole design on day one, before the balance is due.
  • $2,495plus GST, the balance, when the site is ready to launch. By card through a Stripe link, or bank transfer.
  • $200plus GST ($220 inc) a month after the first month: hosting, edits within two business days, a monthly report. Or host it yourself.

The guarantee

Live within 48 hours of the clock starting, or $1,000 comes off the final invoice.

The clock pauses while I'm waiting on you, and only my delays count. It's fair in both directions: if I go quiet, $1,000 comes off; if you go quiet for a week with no reply, I keep only what the work to that point is worth and refund the rest.

What people ask before they book.

Why is it cheaper and faster than the agency quote?

One person does the whole job, no meetings between departments, and the pages are written from your call rather than waiting on copy. Two days is what the work takes. The price is fixed because the scope is fixed.

Who am I actually dealing with?

Kyle Kenneth, trading as Dreamers Media Pty Ltd, ABN 19 679 585 936, based in Glebe. One person, no subcontractors, and a direct email if anything goes wrong. The two sites above are the ones you can check before you pay anything.

What if I don't like the design on day one?

You tell me in one list and I change it that day; that's the round of changes built into the 48 hours. The direction we agree on the brief call is what I build to, so the call is where the taste gets settled.

Does connecting my booking tool touch my patient data?

No. I add your existing booking link or embed to the new pages. I never log into your booking system and never see patient records. If your tool isn't on the list, any link or a phone number works.

Does my current site go down while you build?

No. Your current site, booking widget and email keep working untouched until the new site replaces it at launch. Only the website record moves, never your mail.

What happens if you disappear?

You hold the domain, and at launch you get the files and every login, so nothing depends on me. Until launch, your current site never goes down. The two sites above have been live and looked after since they launched.
